Exhibition visitors - entrepreneurs, industry field specialists, agriculture specialists, trade specialists, foreign producers of goods, wide variety of national customers. Entrance is free of charge.
Exhibitor Information
Organization which wants to participate (exhibitor) should send an application form with space renting inquiry. You will be registered so we can issue a contract of participation with your company. Minimum rent space for exhibition is 6 square meters. It includes: wall panels on perimeter, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 basket for rubbish, 2 light spots, 1 electricity spot 220V, company name in frieze, carpet floor, information in exhibition catalog, 2 entry badges. This kind of space costs 120 USD for 1 square meter. The payment on contract is required to be made 30 days latest before exhibition starts. Terms and currency of payment: flexible of terms of payment and flexibility of other organizational matters. (+ free attendance on regional business forums; +opening ceremony and closing dinner). Groups can apply for special discounts.
