Summary
The 6th World Championship of Chinese Cuisine, the 18th China chef Session and the 4th Catering and Food Fair China 2008 will be held from October 18th to 20th , 2008 in Beijing Exhibition Center.
General Information
The 4th China (Beijing) International Catering and Food Exhibition will be held in Beijing Exhibition Center from October 18th to 20th in 2008, lasting three days. The exhibition area adds up to 15,000 square meters. Especially, this year’s exhibition will be held with the 6th World Championship of Chinese Cuisine (the Olympic games of cater industry), the 18th China Chef Session (national movement) and Beijing Shopping Season. (Shortened form is one exhibition, one championship, one session and one season.). The above-mentioned four grand activities are going to be launched at one time in October of this fall, especially after the Olympic Games, use up the favorable climate and geographical position and support of the people. Exhibitors can experience Olympic Games atmosphere, visit Olympic venue and Olympic village on the first time. The infection, scene and chance will be unparalleled. Five hundred exhibitors will show their products, foreign visitors form thirty countries, fifty thousand professionals; three thousand specialists and two thousand famous cooking masters attend the exhibition. So it is a good chance for the exhibitors to promote the products, get the information and make friends.
