Summary
Initiated in 2003, China International Software and Information Service Fair operated every June in China’s famous software and software outsourcing base—Dalian City.
China International Software and Information Service Fair is the only national level software in China approved by The State Council of the People’s Republic of China. It is sponsored by Ministry of Commerce, People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Information Industry, People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Education, People’s Republic of China, State Council’s Office of the Leading Group for Revitalizing Northeast, China and Other Old Industrial Bases, Ministry of Science and Technology, People’s Republic of China, The State Council Informatization Office, People’s Republic of China, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Liaoning Provincial People’s Government. Dalian Municipal People’s Government is the organizer, and the secretariat is China International Software and Information Service Center .
The CISIS event consists of exhibition, convention and various activities. It fully displayed the vigorous development and the extensive prospect of China software industry as well as the world software industry latest trends. The event plays key role in pushing the China software industry and the international cooperation in IT industry.
