1. Name: CosmeticExpo'08 the Fifth International Exhibition of Cosmetic, Beauty Products, Perfume, Health Care, Hair, Nail Industries, Wellness & Spas. 2. Venue & Date: Cosmetic Expo 2008 will be held in Damascus Fairgrounds hall (1, 2 and 10). From Nov. 28th to Dec. 01st 2008 3. Application deadline: Nov. 01. 2008. 4. Participation fees: 200 Euro per sq/m (equipped) minimum 12 sq/m - 185 Euro per sq/m (unequipped) minimum 36 sq/m. 5. Method of payment: 50% of the total rental is to be paid at the time of booking, the remaining 50% on or before Nov. 01. 2008. 6. Shell scheme booth: Partition walls; fascia with company name, 220V single-phase socket, 3 spot lights, 1 table, 2 chairs, and 1 waste basket. Minimum exhibition space: 12 sq/m, all other exhibition equipment and services are provided for extra charge. 7. Opening Hours: Cosmetic Expo will be open to trade visitors and business buyers from 12:00 pm until 09:00 pm. 8. The Venue & Date: Cosmetic Expo 2008 will be held in Damascus Fairgrounds hall (1, 2 and 10). From Nov. 28th to Dec. 01st 2008 9. Official Stand Fitting Contractor: Exhibitors requiring stand construction, display services or additional 10. Stand Personnel: Multilingual temporary staff is available (please contact the organizers). 11. Exhibitors' Passes: Exhibitors and their staff should put badges (provided by the organizers) at all times, during the exhibition. 12. Catalogue Show: The catalogue show will be printed in English and Arabic and will contain general exhibition information, a layout plan of the stands, an entry of 75 words from each exhibitor, a product index, exhibitors' complete contact information and advertisements. Exhibitors' attention is drawn to the advantages to be gained from advertising in the catalogue, which will be retained by visitors and used as a source of reference for many months after the show. For farther information, please contact the organizers. 13. Transportation: Automobile rental companies provide self-driven cars or cars with a driver. 14. Credit Cards: Visitors will find that many credit cards are accepted in larger establishments: Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Diners Club. 15. Accommodation: Damascus is well provided with hotels of international standard. However, exhibitors are recommended to reserve at an early stage directly or through their travel agent or apply for the organizers. 16. Bus Service: A courtesy bus service will operate between the main hotels and the exhibition centre. 17. Shuttle Bus: organizer will organize a daily free shuttle bus to for visitors from the city center to the fair and from main city in Syria to Damascus every morning 18. Penalty: Cancellation, either of part or whole of exhibition space may be done by giving notice in the written form to the Organizer. Cancellation before 1st of Aug. 2008 Exhibitor would be responsible for paying penalty at the rate 50%. If the notice were given after the terms indicated above, Exhibitor would be responsible for paying penalty at the rate 100%.
