Summary
The International Property Exhibition (IPE) organised for the third year in succession has established its position as the first and only dedicated property exhibition in the Sultanate. With the ongoing boom in the regional real estate market and appropriate economic conditions, IPE is set to make leaps and bounds in strengthening the sector and bring to the forefront developments in Oman’s real estate market.
General Information
An event catering to the rising demand for real estate and property development in the Sultanate of Oman, the International Property Exhibition enables local and international suppliers to be in direct contact with affluent Omani’s and resident expatriates looking to purchase local or overseas properties or develop existing ones. The exhibition will also leverage and highlight various realty investment opportunities in the Sultanate and educate the public on the advantages of purchasing international properties, holiday homes and investments around the world. A major networking event, IPE will showcase a full spectrum of services in commercial, residential and holiday properties as well as industrial projects.
