General Information
The OMG Space Domain Task Force has been working with the space technology industry and the broader technical standards community to solve many of the interoperability problems handcuffing the field today. This full-day program on Tuesday will show how the varied standards in software for space technology are paving the way to greater interoperability reduced cost and increased responsiveness. Speakers from the Space DTF and other experts will describe OMG's Space Domain Task Force's current and pending specifications their foundation in OMG's modeling standards and our software infrastructure standards for Distributed Realtime and Embedded Systems including Software-Defined Radio and the Data Distribution Service. Invited presenters will cover additional standards and space technology. Building on the information presented panel discussions on Lessons Learned and Space Update will conclude the program.
