Summary
A FULL three days at the AAMP Convention! Educational sessions fill the mornings, so as not to compete with the scheduled exhibiting hours in the afternoon. Exhibit hall activities are planned to keep processors in the Exhibit Hall and to keep coming back daily. The goal of this tradeshow/conference, is to encourage and keep smaller firms on the cutting edge of the food industry.
