Summary
The Rapid Excavation and Tunneling Conference is a biannual international Conference dedicated to the exchange of new developments in the technology of underground rapid excavation and tunneling on a world-wide scale. The conference exists to advance engineering and scientific knowledge of rapid underground machine excavation and tunneling through interdisciplinary meetings, publications, technical/educational exhibits, liaison with government agencies and encouragement of research.
